Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. This policy sits alongside your legal rights under UK consumer law — it does not replace them.

Your 14-day right to cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them. Email upliftpreformance.uk@gmail.com, return the item unused in its original condition, and we'll refund within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is your responsibility. For hygiene reasons, food and supplement products can only be returned if unopened and sealed.

UNITY 30-Day Money-Back Promise: If UNITY isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price — even if opened. One claim per customer.

Recovery Boots — 30-day returns: Unused boots can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Keep the original packaging. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless faulty.

Extended Warranty: The Extended Warranty is a separate cover product and is non-refundable once your boots have been used, as cover begins immediately.

Faulty or incorrect items: If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us within 30 days for a replacement or full refund including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
