Safety and Care Guide
Ventilation Notice
The control unit contains a motor and will generate warmth during use. Always ensure the ventilation holes are unobstructed. Do not place on soft surfaces during operation. Place on a hard flat surface with clear airflow around all sides.
Do Not Use If:
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
- Open wounds or skin infections
- Pregnant (consult GP first)
- Severe peripheral neuropathy
If in doubt, consult your GP before use.
Getting The Most From Your Boots
- Start at level 1-2, increase gradually
- 20-30 minutes optimal session length
- Use within 1-2 hours of training
- Clean with damp cloth only
- Store in carry bag when not in use
- Charge fully before first use
- Battery: approximately 1-2 hours use per charge
