This store is operated by UPLIFT Performance & Nutrition. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products: We take care to describe and price accurately. Images are for illustration. We may correct errors and reserve the right to cancel an order arising from an obvious pricing or description error, refunding you in full.

Food supplements: UNITY and our nutrition products are food supplements, not medicines. They are intended to support an active lifestyle and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Orders & pricing: Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch.

Pre-orders: Pre-order items are charged per the terms shown at checkout and dispatched on or around the stated launch date, which may change.

Liability: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing law: England and Wales.
