Ventilation and Heat +

The control unit contains a motor and will generate warmth during use. Always ensure ventilation holes on the unit are unobstructed. Place on a hard flat surface — never on soft surfaces such as cushions or carpet during operation.

Who Should Not Use These +

Do not use if you have deep vein thrombosis (DVT), open wounds or skin infections on the legs, or severe peripheral neuropathy. Pregnant women should consult their GP before use. If in doubt, always consult a healthcare professional.

Getting The Best Results +

Start at pressure level 1-2 and increase gradually over sessions. 20-30 minutes is the optimal session length. Use within 1-2 hours of training for best results. Suitable for daily use.

Cleaning and Storage +

Clean sleeves with a damp cloth only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Store in the provided carry bag. Charge the control unit fully before first use. Battery life is approximately 1-2 hours of continuous use per charge.
